Parking in this part of downtown is challenging. There is valet (around $10 with validation), you can try to find spot on Olive or surrounding streets near The Broad (pay attention to signs) or you can try subway to Civic Center and walk few blocks. There are lots within walking distance near hotel on 3rd & Hill and near Disney Hall but can not recall the cost and hours. Suggest you Google if that's option you choose.

The cost varies with what you order. It is not low cost, but it is reasonable considering a high end hotel restaurant in downtown LA. In my experience, the food and service are worth it.

It's business casual.
